PACKAGE SERVICE INFORMATION

Spring & Summer Maintenance

Professional spring cleanup service is done in the month of April, which includes Dethatching (Power raking), cleaning the beds and hedges, Bagging debris and the First Cut & Trim of the season.

Weekly Lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type from May until October. Edging will be performed to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off all hard surfaces, grass areas, and beds to leave a clean and professional look will be performed at every visit.

Fertilization and Weed Control

Fertilization and Weed Control will consist of up to 5 applications a year. This highly effective program runs from early spring to late fall and is guaranteed to improve the health of your lawn. Clients choose the number of applications according to their needs and requests.

Fall Maintenance

Professional lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type until the grass stops growing. Edging will be performed until grass stops growing to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off all hard surfaces grass areas and beds to leave a clean, professional look will be performed at every visit in September. Leaf cleanup will be done in October with the last cut of the season.

Winter Snow Removal

Snow Removal is performed at every snowfall over 0.5cm, from November till the end of March, regardless of the frequency. We come out and clear the walkways, driveways and steps every time it snows. Also, we apply ice melts at no extra cost.
