Position Summary:
Responsible for confidently delivering interactive sales presentations; meeting or exceeding sales goals; reviewing goals and participating in ongoing training weekly; identifying customer needs and promoting White ‘N Green services to previous and current customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s Degree
- Valid Alberta drivers’ license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation in own vehicle

Probationary Period:
- 30 days
- Must meet or exceed all expectations and receive a satisfactory performance evaluation

Core Job Duties:
- Own your project
- Find new and innovative ways to reach more leads and increase sales
- Understand the needs of new and existing customers
- Research industry and market trends and present new ideas to management
- Present our services to prospective customers in a professional way face-to-face, over the phone, and through e-mail communication
- Listen to customer needs and requests and respond appropriately to close the sale
- Cold call lost leads and existing customers to arrange new sales
- Represent the company and its values
- Act as a contact between the company and the lead
- Gather customer information
- Challenge objections with a solution that will close the sale
- Master the understanding of our services and operations
- Be aware of all promotions and seasonal service pushes
- Liaise with vendors to check on and purchase materials
- Document all material, vendor, customer, project, and sales information into our software
- Record all pertinent notes into our software for office staff (to streamline customer communication)
- Review your sales performance and aim to always meet or exceed goals
